One-week sprints. Demo every Friday, deployed to staging. You see real working software each week — not slides. We adjust priorities together at the start of each sprint based on what we learned.
We deploy to your production environment (your AWS / GCP / Cloudflare / VPS — or ours, on a Nepal-based datahub). DNS, TLS, monitoring, alerting, error tracking and backups are wired up before launch, not after the first incident.
Two paths: roll into a monthly retainer for features + on-call, or do a clean hand-over to your in-house team with full docs and a 30-day transition period. Either way, you own the IP from day one.
